Let’s Find the Plan That Fits

Tell us what software you pay for today. We’ll show you the operating system that replaces the stack — one login, one bill, one partner.

Thank you — your request has reached the depths. Our team will respond within one business day to schedule your demo.

We reply within one business day. Your information stays private, and nothing you write here is added to a mailing list.

Prefer to talk it through?

Book a 30-minute demo. We map every tool you pay for today, live on screen, and you leave with the plan whether or not you sign.

What happens after you hit send

Within one business day

A named strategist reads the brief and replies. Not an autoresponder, not a sales rep.

Day two to four

A 30-minute call. We pull up your site, your competitors, and your search footprint live.

Within one week

A written scope with fixed pricing, a timeline, and the numbers we will be judged on.

Straight answers before you ask

No retainer to talk

Discovery is free. You are not billed until a scope is signed.

You own everything

Source files, design files, domain, and data. Always, including if you leave.

Fixed price, not hours

Scope is quoted before work starts. Nothing outside it is invoiced without written approval.

The Process

From first message to first release.

Four steps. No mystery, no discovery retainer, no six-week silence before you see anything real.

Brief

You send the form or book the call. We read it the same day and come back with the questions that actually change the estimate.

Diagnose

We audit the current site, the analytics, and the search landscape before quoting. You get that audit whether or not you sign.

Scope

A written plan with fixed pricing, named phases, dates, and the specific metrics the work will be measured against.

Build

Kickoff inside five to ten business days. Your portal opens the same day, and you watch every stage move in real time.

Who This Is For

The engagements we do best.

We are not the cheapest option and we do not pretend to be. Here is where the work pays for itself, and where it does not.

A strong fit

Revenue already flowing

You have customers and the site is the bottleneck, not the business model.

A decision-maker in the room

One person can approve direction without routing through a committee.

Ready for $249–$799/mo

Every plan is a monthly subscription with a one-time setup. No quotes by the hour, no surprise invoices.

You want to own the system

Not rent a template that a freelancer has to maintain forever.

Probably not a fit

Cheapest bid wins

If price is the only variable, a marketplace freelancer will beat us and should.

Rankings guaranteed in 30 days

Nobody can promise that honestly. We will tell you what is actually possible.

Design by consensus

Work approved by nine stakeholders converges on the average of nine opinions.

Launch and disappear

We build systems that get maintained. One-off brochure sites are not our lane.

Pick Your Door

Not everyone should start with a form.

Depending on where you are, one of these is faster than writing us a brief.

Just exploring

See exactly what a build includes at each tier before you talk to anyone. Real numbers, no “contact us for pricing”.

Before You Send

The questions people ask on the first call.

Answered here so the call can be about your business instead.

Three things: your current site, the software you are paying for now, and how many locations and staff you need on the system. With those we can confirm your plan and quote setup on the demo call. Monthly pricing is published and fixed — DW Essential $249/mo, DW Business OS $499/mo, DW Industry Pro $799/mo, DW Enterprise from $1,500/mo — so the only variable is a one-time setup fee. It is free and it is a working session. We pull up your analytics, your search footprint, and your two closest competitors on screen. You leave with the findings written down regardless of what you decide. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call and, where we can, point you at who is.

Onboarding normally starts five to ten business days after signature, which is the time it takes both sides to gather assets and access. We onboard a limited number of businesses at once deliberately, so a start date is a commitment rather than a queue position. If your timing is driven by a hard date, say so and we will tell you plainly whether it is achievable.

Yes. The industry pages exist because those verticals have patterns we have already solved, not because they are a filter. What matters more than sector is whether the site sits between a real buyer and a real transaction.

That is common and it works. The operating system runs underneath the team you have rather than replacing it — your designer keeps shaping the brand, your developer keeps whatever they own, and Dark Water runs the platform, the data and the uptime. Who does what is written down before onboarding starts.

Book the demo anyway and say so. We will give you the diagnosis, tell you what to fix in the meantime — often things you can do yourself for nothing — and follow up when you asked us to. We would rather be useful early than pushy now.

You are one message from the plan.

Send the brief and a named strategist reads it the same day. No sales sequence, no discovery retainer — a written scope with fixed pricing inside one week, whether or not you hire us.
