Get paid inside the system you already run.
Flow is Dark Water’s own payment platform. Every website, booking page, invoice and portal we build collects through it: card and bank, under your business name, one deposit to your bank, one price per payment and no monthly fee.
Payments in every part of Dark Water OS
You never set payments up twice. Each module collects into the same Flow account.
Your website
A pay button on any page, wired to your own account. Deposits, retainers and one-off payments from the site we build and host.
See it in FlowBooking
Take a deposit when the appointment is booked and the balance on the day. No-shows are covered by the deposit you set.
See it in FlowInvoices
Every invoice carries a pay link and a QR code, with reminders before, on and after the due date.
See it in FlowMemberships and autopay
Weekly, two-weekly or monthly. Your customer picks the date; Flow collects on the day and tells you both.
See it in FlowCustomer portal
Customers see receipts, upcoming payments and saved methods, and sign in with an emailed link. No password.
See it in FlowYour dashboard
Payments, payouts and fees next to bookings, leads and reviews, in the same login you already use.
See it in FlowYour customers see your business.
The pay page carries your name and brand. The receipt comes from you. The card statement shows your business name. Flow stays in the background as the platform behind the payment.
One deposit
Money lands in your own bank as one deposit, with every payment, refund and fee listed inside it.
Card and bank on one page
Bank payments keep a $1,600 rent at $9.00. Card for everything else.
Refunds, returns and disputes
Handled inside the same account, with the deadline in front of you.
Card data never touches your site
Card and bank numbers go into secure fields served by our licensed processor.

The practical questions
Flow is Dark Water’s own payment platform. It is what Dark Water OS uses to take payments, and it is also available on its own at flow.darkwater.work.
No. Flow takes one price per successful payment from the payout. Your Dark Water plan is billed separately, as it is today.
Yes. Flow is how Dark Water collects by default, but nothing stops you using another provider on your own site. You lose the one-dashboard view for those payments.
No. They pay from the link. If they want receipts or to manage autopay, they sign in with an emailed link.
Both are being built and are not available yet. Joining the list does not guarantee access. Eligibility, fees and terms will be announced at launch and are subject to approval. See what is next.
