Paid Advertising
We run paid media as a profit center, not an expense. Full-funnel campaigns across search, social, and programmatic, wired to revenue attribution so every dollar is accountable and every winner is scaled.

Most Accounts Fund Their Own Ceiling
A plateaued ad account is rarely a creative problem. It is a measurement problem. When every platform grades its own homework, budget drifts toward whatever is cheapest to buy instead of whatever produces revenue.
We have inherited accounts spending six figures a month where a third of reported conversions were counted twice across three platforms. Nobody was lying. Nothing was connected. The result is the same either way: the channel that closes the deal gets the credit, the channel that created the demand gets cut, and pipeline quietly shrinks two quarters later.
What it costs you
Four symptoms we find in almost every audit.
Spend concentrates on branded search
You pay to close demand you already earned and call it efficiency.
Lead volume rises, close rate falls
Optimizing to form fills teaches the algorithm to find form fillers.
Creative fatigues before anyone notices
Frequency climbs, CPA drifts, and the report still shows green.
Scaling breaks the unit economics
Nobody knows the saturation point because nobody has modeled it.
Three Jobs, Three Budgets
We never run one blended pool of money. Each layer of the funnel has its own budget, its own creative, and its own success metric — so a demand problem never gets misdiagnosed as a conversion problem.
Capture — Search & Shopping
Intent that already exists. Exact-match core terms, competitor conquesting where the math works, and a negative-keyword discipline that runs weekly rather than quarterly. Judged on cost per qualified opportunity, never on impression share.
Create — Paid Social & Video
Demand that does not exist yet. Concept-led creative tested in matched pairs, hook variants isolated from body variants, and a rolling library so nothing runs past its fatigue point. Judged on new-to-brand reach and downstream lift.
Convert — Retargeting & Programmatic
Pipeline already in motion. Segmented by depth of engagement and days since last touch, capped hard on frequency, and suppressed the moment a deal enters the CRM. Judged on assisted revenue and sales-cycle compression.
The attribution stack
Built once, then maintained. Every campaign we run reports into it.
Server-side event pipeline
First-party events sent from your server, deduplicated against browser events.
CRM revenue write-back
Closed-won amounts pushed back to each platform so bidding optimizes to money.
Offline and phone conversions
Call tracking and in-person outcomes stitched to the originating click.
Geo holdout testing
Matched-market experiments that prove incrementality when platform math cannot.
One reconciled dashboard
Spend, pipeline, and closed revenue in a single view your CFO will accept.
If It Cannot Be Attributed, We Do Not Scale It
Before a single dollar moves, we rebuild the measurement layer. Platform pixels are the weakest signal available and they are the only signal most accounts have.
Our stack sends conversions server-side, matches them against your CRM, and reconciles the difference between what the platforms claim and what actually landed in the bank. Then we validate the whole thing with geo holdouts — turning spend off in matched markets to measure what would have happened anyway.
The uncomfortable version of that number is usually the most valuable thing we deliver in the first quarter.
The First Ninety Days
No account gets scaled in month one. It gets understood, rebuilt, and proven — in that order.
Audit
Weeks 1–2. Full account forensics, conversion integrity check, creative fatigue analysis, and a saturation model for every channel you currently run.
Rebuild
Weeks 2–4. Measurement stack deployed, account structure flattened, budgets split by funnel job, and landing systems shipped alongside the campaigns.
Prove
Weeks 4–8. Controlled tests on creative concept, offer, and audience. Geo holdouts run in parallel to establish a real incrementality baseline.
Scale
Weeks 8–12. Budget moves toward proven winners on a documented ceiling, with weekly reallocation and a standing creative pipeline behind it.
How This Is Run Elsewhere
The typical agency
Optimized for retention of the account, not growth of the business.
Reports platform-reported ROAS
Three dashboards, three different truths, no reconciliation.
Creative is a separate line item
Ads wait on a design queue that has no view of performance data.
Landing pages are your problem
Traffic is delivered to a page nobody on the team has authority to change.
Percentage-of-spend pricing
The incentive is a bigger budget, not a better return.
Dark Water
Optimized for the number your board actually reviews.
Reports reconciled revenue
One number, matched to your CRM, with the variance explained.
Creative sits inside the media team
Concepts are briefed from performance data and shipped in days.
We build the landing systems
Page, form, and offer are part of the campaign, not a dependency.
Flat monthly fee
Our recommendation to cut a channel costs us nothing to make.
Paid Acquisition Is a Module, Not a Retainer
Campaigns, landing systems and revenue attribution are capabilities of the operating system you already run — one login, one bill, one partner. Media budget is separate and always paid directly by you to the platforms.

Questions Buyers Actually Ask
If your question is not here, ask it on the call. We will answer it before you sign anything.
Yes, and we prefer it. Your account holds the historical conversion data that makes early optimization faster. You keep ownership of the account, the pixels, the audiences, and the creative files. If we part ways, nothing leaves with us.
Enough to reach statistical significance inside a month. For most B2B programs that means a floor around fifteen thousand a month across all channels. Below that we will usually tell you to fix conversion rate first and point you at the CRO team instead.
Measurement improves in weeks two and three. Efficiency gains show in weeks four to eight as the rebuilt structure gathers data. Meaningful scale happens in the second quarter, once we know where the saturation point actually is.
We do. Static, motion, and video are all produced in house by the same team that reads the performance data. Motion and animation work is handled by our studio, so an ad concept and its animated cut come from one brief.
We recommend cutting it. Our fee is flat, so shrinking your budget does not shrink our revenue. That is the entire reason we do not price on a percentage of spend.
You do. The event pipeline, the warehouse tables, and the dashboards are built in your accounts under your credentials. We document the whole stack and hand over the runbook.
